 Heidi Coller, a life-time member of the community, has been employed with the Kadoka Nursing Home for 25+ years. Spending most of her career in nurse management for the facility, she became the Chief Operating Officer in 2017 then obtained her administrator's license in 2025. Heidi takes pride in employing positive team members that provide great quality care for the residents that reside.  

With 17 years of dedicated service to the Kadoka Nursing Home (KNH) team and residents, Hayli Mayfield embodies what it means to be a “Jack of All Trades.” Her journey began as a CNA at age 16, and now a UMA where she still fills in caring for our residents. The past 8 years she has served as Office Secretary/Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor and Secretary.

Her story is a true example of “Build Our Own” — building your skills, your experience, your purpose, and your place within an organization through hard work and dedication. She has grown with KNH, continually taking on new challenges and responsibilities while remaining committed to our residents and team. Hayli is a true staple to our home.

For over ten years Christy has been dedicated to making lives more enjoyable for all ages. She graduated with honors from Chadron State College with a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Art Education.  As Activity Director at KNH it is her goal to plan and implement activities based on residents’ unique interests, background, and skills, to consistently evaluate and improve activities, and to build meaningful relationships with each resident and their families as we provide assistance with daily living. 

Hillary is the Certified Dietary Manager here at Kadoka Nursing Home, bringing four years of dedicated dietary management experience at KNH along with many years of valuable management experience. She is a smart, driven, and talented leader who takes great pride in keeping her department running efficiently and her team working together. Known for her strong organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail, Hillary works hard to ensure the rules and regulations.  

A long time active community member, we are more than thankful that Robyn made the healthcare professional world. With a career in healthcare dating back to 2018, Robyn brings experience, dedication, and compassion to the long-term care profession. Since 2021, she has served as a nurse manager, providing leadership and support to both residents and staff. Known for being organized, caring, and dependable, Robyn approaches each day with a strong commitment to quality care.

Our very own "Grow Our Own," Sidney Porch began her healthcare journey at age 16 years old as a CNA here at KNH. Her dedication to long-term care and commitment to growing professionaly led her to become an LPN in 2019, and RN in 2021, and our Director of Nursing in 2024. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated that hard work, determination, responsibility, and a passion for caring can open doors to tremendous growth. Sidney is dedicated to providing quality care while supporting and leading her team and those around her. Her journey is a wonderful example of developing talent from within and investing in the future of long-term care.

 Chris Coyle has been a registered nurse for 12+ years working in the Philip community. Chris joined the KNH team in 2021 as the MDS Coordinator and brings many years of experience and nursing knowledge to KNH. Chris enjoys visiting with the residents and how fast everyone at KNH becomes friends and family. 

 Bringing 27 years of nursing experience and many years of nurse management experience, Krista has been part of the KNH team since 2020 serving as the Social Services Designee. Known for her kind, loving, and caring nature, she has a genuine passion for helping residents and their families. Krista is a compassionate problem-solver who is always willing to step in, listen, and find solutions.
